Excellent Service and super quick turnaround!!!! Been wanting to thank Kingston Lawn and Power for their quick service but just kept getting sidetracked and never got to it - till today.

Several months ago I was outside tinkering with my snowblower that wasn't running. I then noticed that my neighbor was getting their snowblower dropped off by a Kingston Lawn and Power Equipment truck. I asked about my snowblower getting serviced and if I had to make an appointment to bring it in. The driver, which happened to be one of the owners, said that if I wanted him to service it he could take it in with him right then. I said sure and expected to see my snowblower several months later - (as has been my experience with most small engine repair shops they are very busy and can't seem to keep up with the work). To my surprise - two or three days later I had my snowblower back and working like it was a new machine! Can't thank them enough for their quick work in repairing my snowblower - and it was just in time - got to try it out a day or two later with a huge snow storm.

Calling them back to have them fix my tractor today and just wanted to let others know about my pleasant experience with Kingston Lawn and Power Equipment.

My Ryobi electric rider mower suddenly lost reverse near the end of the mowing season. Earlier in the year, I had also experienced a break in the plastic latch for the top of the mower grass catcher. Dennis picked up my mower with his flatbed and took it to his shop where he repaired the reverse issue and, rather than replace the broken plastic latch with a new plastic latch that would break again, reinforced the latch with a rigid solid metal plate and rivets. He also took the time to contact Ryobi to ensure that my rider warranty covered all of the repair expenses, transportation included.

I could not have been more satisfied.

I have to say first that Dennis was very professional he gave me a time frame and kept me informed through the whole process. He took the time to explain the issues at hand. I would HIGHLY recommend Kingston Lawn & Power Equipment.
